Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA (hybrid) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems, instrumentation and controls for nuclear products. You will use Mathcad, Matlab, PSpice and collaborate with multiple internal teams on project development.

The role reports to the Manager of Instrumentation and Controls - Electrical Engineering. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of relevant design experience; base salary ranges from

About The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide engineering design for nuclear products/projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring using Mathcad, Matlab, PSpice or similar.

You will report to the Manager of Instrumentation and Controls - Electrical Engineering. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at either our Cranberry Township, PA office or Rock Hill, SC office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for nuclear products and projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring
• Work with Mathcad, Matlab, PSpice
• Work with internal groups on similar levels
• Plan and schedule work
• Use standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for development of engineering design documents including calculations and specifications

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
