Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Senior CAD Technician / Nuclear Drafter to develop and maintain plant drawings for a nuclear facility under a 1-year W-2 contract. You will prepare as-built drawings, incorporate engineering changes, and support document revisions using MicroStation and Acrobat Pro.

The role reports to the onsite manager and involves collaboration with engineering and station personnel to meet QA, configuration management, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 11+ years of drafting experience in an engineering or design environment, including developing as-built drawings from field markups.
• Advanced MicroStation proficiency (2D).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and one-lines, and to apply drafting and revision control standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, revise, and maintain plant drawings in MicroStation (P&IDs, electrical schematics, one-lines, wiring diagrams, isometrics, general arrangements).
• Prepare as-built drawings from field markups, walkdown information, and completed work packages.
• Incorporate approved engineering changes accurately and on schedule.
• Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to update, assemble, and package documents for revision and issuance.
• Collaborate with engineering and station personnel to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow all site safety, security, and radiological protection requirements.
