Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field; substitute with 8 years of related experience.
• Must possess CompTIA Security+ certification and be enrolled in the CE program.
• Knowledge of Linux commands and NTCSS system administration duties.
• Experience troubleshooting Force Level NTCSS systems including AIS components (R-Supply, OMMS-NG, NALCOMIS, RADM).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems support and troubleshooting of NTCSS applications (R-Supply, OMMS-NG, NALCOMIS) and interfaces.
• Life cycle management for computer hardware/software and NMCI support for two training classrooms and waterfront staff.
