Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. is seeking a Special Operations Forces instructor to support the strike phase of unit level training, including range coordination, OTB/heavy weapons, and VBSS/MIO within the TRADET-4 curriculum.

The role requires coordination of schedule, curriculum management, and logistical planning for the SBT IDTC. The candidate must have 5 years’ SWCC experience, 5 years’ NAVY/NSW instruction, and 2 years’ NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution, with a Secret clearance

Qualifications

Must possess a minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) with Senior qualification.
Five years’ experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor.
Two years’ experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer.
Security clearance: Secret. US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Special Operations Forces (SOF) instructor supporting the strike phase of unit level training.
Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning within the IDTC.
Liaise with NSWG4 and other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies.
