Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking an Investment Officer in the Global PCF Department to lead and support NSBF transactions across multiple regions. The role requires coordinating with legal, technical, and safeguards specialists and driving end-to-end investment processes with private-sector clients.

The officer will develop pipelines, structure opportunities, and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring adherence to AIIB policies and standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in banks or international financial institutions.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, development studies, or related field (or bachelor’s with strong practical experience).
• Experience structuring financial solutions across debt, private equity, funds, and capital market instruments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct research on projects and clients.
• Support origination and drive execution of NSBF investments.
• Identify, assess, and structure investment opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Lead project teams with legal, technical, and safeguard specialists through due diligence and approvals.
• Lead and/or support financial modeling and analyses of statements.
• Prepare client meetings, presentations, memos, and reports for PTL/management.
• Manage internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with AIIB policies.
