The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking an Investment Associate in the Project and Corporate Finance Clients Department, Global (PCF). The role supports NSBF origination and execution and reports to the Generalist Pool Coordinator.

You will conduct research, assist due diligence, build interlinked financial models, draft presentations, and support monitoring of investments while coordinating with AIIB teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, development studies, or related field; or a bachelor’s degree with strong practical experience.
• Experience with debt, private equity, funds, and/or capital market instruments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research on projects and clients.
• Assist in due diligence and approval processes with emphasis on key issues and mitigants.
• Assist in financial modeling and analyses of financial statements.
• Draft/assist in preparing presentations, memos, and reports for screening and investment meetings.
• Support execution, implementation, and monitoring of investments and transfer to portfolio monitoring; ensure compliance with AIIB policies.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
