Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in channel partner programs or similar roles at a global technology company.
• Experience delivering channel rebate programs and handling large data sets to generate partner statements.
• Experience managing data processors, support analysts, or claim-approval teams.
• Consistent track record deploying rebate/incentive platforms (Salesforce, Vistex, Databricks, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own rebate and pricing platforms end-to-end: define the business vision, identify workflow gaps, and drive global adoption across our partner ecosystem.
• Lead manual execution of key rebate programs — creating, managing, and distributing accurate partner statements in alignment with guidelines.
• Oversee first-level claim approvals: establish SOPs, resolve escalations, and ensure claims are processed within SLAs.
• Drive complex system implementations from requirements through UAT and global deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Translate new partner incentive models into scalable, automated processes for internal teams and external partners.
• Apply AI and automation to eliminate manual steps in rebate validation, claim approvals, and pricing workflows.

In this role, you will work through sophisticated business opportunities across multiple functions to improve overall processes, optimize our tool infrastructure, and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA.
