Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in system design, datacenter deployment, manufacturing support, technical customer support, or ODM/partner integration.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming; knowledge of Embedded Linux systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, supporting design-in, integration readiness, issue resolution, and ramp.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with partner engineering teams and cross-functional launch teams.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in CSP/ODM AI market to implement NVIDIA solutions.
• Provide onsite technical support and remote/travel support to debug hardware, firmware, software and system integration issues.
• Lead product across design-in, NPI, rack integration, validation, production ramp, and lifecycle transitions.
• Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos and example system builds.
• Enable internal and partner-facing teams with technical training and guidance.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure positive customer experience.
