Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Senior NPI Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing and quality team in a role reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering. You will measure, improve, and maintain the quality of Bevi’s products, working closely with NPI and sustaining engineering to identify targets for improvement and drive issues to completion.

The ideal candidate will embrace Bevi values, lead quality initiatives, and ensure top-level quality metrics across components, subsystems, and final products

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a Quality Engineer or 2-3 years in a Senior QE role, with NPI experience preferred.
• Experience leading APQP, PFMEAs, QCPs, PPAP, and 8D problem solving.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and data presentation to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team in product development and design reviews, embedding quality requirements.
• Triage and resolve quality issues with Customer Care and Field Service teams.
• Apply APQP to drive proactive quality and minimize risks.
• Define CTQs, PFMEAs, quality control plans, MSA/GR&R, FAI, and Ok2Ship.
• Ensure manufacturing quality through process controls and timely corrective actions.
• Lead supplier qualification processes with Supply Chain.
• Act as liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Lead root-cause analysis for failures and report KPIs to executives.
• Maintain supplier quality data and drive continual improvement.
