Job summary

Bevi, a leader in connected beverage technology, seeks a Senior NPI Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives from design through launch. You will drive APQP, PFMEA, and CPQ processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure supplier and manufacturing quality across Bevi’s NPI programs.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in quality engineering (NPI preferred), strong data analysis skills, and the ability to travel domestically up to 20% while working in-office 4-5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Quality Engineering or 2-3 years in Senior QE with NPI experience.
• Strong APQP, PFMEA, and quality tool proficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team in design reviews and ensure reliability of components and subsystems.
• Serve as SME for Customer Care and Field Service to triage quality issues.
• Apply APQP to drive proactive quality and minimize risks.
• Implement quality processes: CTQs, PFMEAs, QCPs, MSA/GR&R, FAI, Ok2Ship.
• Maintain manufacturing quality through controls and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to qualify new suppliers.
• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis for failures and present KPIs to leadership.
