Fresh Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for NPI in Austin, onsite with travel to Florida. The role drives New Product Introduction and process-development programs from R&D through prototyping to qualification and mass production.

You'll collaborate across Process, Engineering, Equipment, Quality and Manufacturing, manage phase-gate reviews, risk, schedules and executive dashboards, and report on portfolio health. It’s a high-impact, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or project management in semiconductor or nanofabrication.
• Experience delivering from development through qualification and transfer to manufacturing.
• Ownership of phase gates, validation protocols, and the transfer-to-manufacturing package.
• Fluency with DOE, SPC, and yield data as the basis for readiness.

Responsabilités

• Drive process-development programs from R&D to mass production readiness.
• Translate complex results into clear project scopes, roadmaps, and work breakdown structures.
• Maintain schedules, risk analysis, validation, and transfer-to-manufacturing packages.
• Coordinate with R&D, Process Eng, Equipment Eng, Quality, and High-Volume Manufacturing.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep timelines on track.
• Chair phase-gate reviews and ensure timely decisions and closure.
• Maintain dashboards and executive reporting for portfolio health and budget.
