Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in engineering roles (design/manufacturing/test).
• 3+ years program management in medical, semiconductor, energy, research, or related capital equipment industries.
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing in semiconductor, energy, research, or related industries is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of new product introduction, from design to production release.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing operations to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Drive accountability for customer and internal deliverables, escalating issues as needed to maintain project success.
• Identify and address critical path items to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement through problem-solving and innovative application of technology.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
