Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Principal Operations Program Manager to provide operational leadership for NPI programs in a complex design environment. You will monitor projects from initiation to delivery and ensure ITAR classification, material flow, and prototype-to-production readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree with 6+ years of manufacturing operations experience in related areas.
Security clearance eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.
Aerospace/defense or government industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate on Mercury's Program teams representing all Operations functions.
Apply proper skills to new product teams for fast, cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
Coordinate design support services for rapid material procurement, assembly and testing.
Lead cross-functional IPTs to align prototypes through production.
