Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Six Sigma experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, process optimization and problem solving.
• 3+ years’ experience with Henkel Consumer Brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes for safe, efficient operations.
• Provide technical leadership while driving compliance with engineering standards and documentation requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies, resolve complex manufacturing issues and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage engineering aspects of capital projects and conduct data-driven process optimization to improve process capability and results.
