Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 9+ years of progressive engineering experience in new product development of complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience with generator or power generation products and system-level integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of new product development programs, serving as a system-level engineer responsible for integration and on-time delivery.
• Architect, design, and integrate complex mechanical and electrical systems for generator and power generation products.
• Translate customer, regulatory, and business requirements into system- and component-level requirements.
• Design, test, and integrate complex components and assemblies; evaluate designs for cost, reliability, safety, and compliance.
• Drive design reviews and technical decision-making to mitigate system integration risks.
