You will own strategic delivery of high-complexity NPD programs for outdoor power equipment, aligning senior stakeholders and driving execution from concept to launch with strong focus on performance, cost, quality, schedule, and risk.

You will build decision-ready paths, coach teams, and establish operating rhythms that ensure timely milestones while maintaining accountability and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or closely related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Defines program direction for high-complexity NPD projects in outdoor power equipment.
• Leads cross-functional teams across functions and global groups to hit milestones.
• Manages cost, scope, quality, schedule, risk and launch readiness for programs.
• Champions risk management with robust mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coaches others in disciplined project leadership and executive communication.
