Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the New Product Development Engineering team to advance THV devices, collaborating with R&D and Quality to translate design concepts into robust manufacturing processes.

You will drive design controls, write SOPs and support pilot and commercial production, with emphasis on DFx, tolerancing, fixtures, and process validation, shaping solutions that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific field with related experience.
• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or a scientific field with related experience.
• Proven expertise in MS Office and CAD; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes and lead design control activities for products from pilot to commercial.
• Create complex manufacturing documentation, SOPs, routers, and reviews; enable knowledge transfer.
• Develop process definitions, control strategies, and stability metrics; drive risk mitigation.
• Lead equipment design, tooling, and line design improvements in collaboration with R&D.
• Provide technical support for CAPA, non-conformances, and process transfer.
