Qualifications
- Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.

- DEA, CDS, and NPI required.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of advanced practice experience preferred.
- Palliative Care or Hospice experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient palliative care consultations.
- Conduct symptom management evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Lead goals-of-care discussions and advance care planning conversations.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
