Truist in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to underwrite and manage complex nonprofit relationships, including endowments and donor-restricted funds. You will structure loans, model risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a portfolio of mission-driven organizations.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored financing solutions, oversee risk rating, and lead a team of Associates and Analysts on underwriting and portfolio management activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field and at least 7+ years of related training and experience in commercial/Not-For-Profit credit analysis.
• Mastery level proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid written/verbal communication are essential.
• Sound credit skills essential.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrites, structures, and documents new and existing transactions for complex nonprofit relationships while evaluating governance, liquidity, and sustainability.
• Manages an assigned Not-For-Profit portfolio including risk rating integrity, annual reviews, and portfolio amendments.
• Expands client relationships through direct outreach with nonprofit executives and finance leaders, developing tailored credit solutions.
• Partners with Relationship Managers and product specialists to deliver financing and banking solutions to nonprofit clients.
• Leads and mentors Associates and Analysts in underwriting, portfolio management, and risk identification.
