Purchasing Power, a PROG Holdings company, is seeking an experienced Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) developer in Atlanta. You will provide technical support for the NLS platform, design scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end enhancements.

You bring 5+ years of NLS experience, strong C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL skills, plus familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS).
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with VBScript and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL skills and database understanding.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Ability to integrate AI into development workflows with governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable solutions using engineering and AI-assisted tools.
• Configure NLS modules, workflows, personalization, and custom functionality.
• Design and implement loan templates, UDFs, and business rule logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements with AI-assisted tools.
• Troubleshoot issues using data analysis and tooling to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and reporting.
