Job summary

Trust for Public Land in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to advance land conservation through acquisition and conservation easement projects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years conservation real estate experience preferred; familiarity with Washington market a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue conservation easements and land acquisitions of local, regional, or national importance.
  • Manage a portfolio of conservation transactions from vetting to closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, tribes, landowners, and partners.
  • Negotiate agreements with landowners, agencies, and partners with support from legal and finance teams.
  • Oversee due diligence, funding opportunities, and documentation for internal approvals.
  • Support grant proposals and engage with regional conservation planning and fundraising teams.
