Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of non-profit tax experience, including structuring entities and transactions.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex tax concepts.
• Experience leading and collaborating across different practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring transactions involving non-profits and for-profits.
• Provide guidance on operational and entity-level tax planning.
• Support cross-border matters and transactions in mergers, investments, capital markets, REITs, and real estate.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on matters requiring technical skill and sound judgment.
