The attorney will handle Form 990 reporting, private benefit matters, and cross-border grantmaking, ensuring compliance and robust governance for philanthropic clients. JD required, California bar admission preferred.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
