Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or higher education in accounting or related field is common for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement and broader scope.
• Experience with payroll systems and government compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all locations and maintain employee data.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and W-2 forms for the year.
• Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and respond to inquiries.
