Qualifikationen

• Solid foundation in nonprofit accounting and donor reporting.
• Experience in client-facing accounting or advisory services.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP for nonprofit organizations.
• Proficiency with Excel and leading accounting platforms.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day accounting and advisory needs of nonprofit clients.
• Manage month-end close activities and financial statement prep.
• Perform fund accounting and donor reporting support.
• Coordinate year-end procedures and audit prep with external auditors.
• Identify process improvements and best practices across client engagements.
• Maintain accurate data in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for nonprofit clients.
