Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team is seeking a Non-Human Identity Senior Consultant to help clients secure machine, service, and application identities across cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on governance, secrets management, and privileged access.

You will assess, design, and implement controls such as credential vaulting, automated rotation, and runbooks, guiding projects and contributing to reusable assets in a fast growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years of experience implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
• 4+ years of experience with at least 1 enterprise Privileged Access Management or secrets management platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault).
• 4+ years of experience in at least 3 of: automated credential rotation, application credential vaulting, service account governance, provisioning/deprovisioning, entitlement reviews, least-privilege design, AD/Kubernetes integration, Terraform/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), or REST APIs.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks such as secrets sprawl and over-permissioned service accounts.
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management for non-human identities across cloud, hybrid, and containerized platforms.
• Implement controls like credential vaulting, automated rotation, just-in-time access, workload identity federation, and agent-based identity patterns.
• Advise on Non-Human Identity architecture, operating procedures, and runbooks from high-level to low-level design.
• Lead project workstreams, support proposals/SOWs, and contribute to practice development with reusable assets.
