Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team is seeking a Senior Consultant to secure machine, service, and application identities across cloud and hybrid environments. You will design, implement, and govern Non-Human Identity controls, focusing on secrets management, privileged access, and automation pipelines to reduce risk and boost resilience.

Role involves advising on architecture and runbooks, leading workstreams, and contributing to market content. Travel 25–50% and potential immigration sponsorship may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management in cloud/hybrid environments.
• 4+ years with at least one enterprise PAM or secrets management platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets, Azure Key Vault).
• 4+ years in at least 3 of: rotation, vaulting, just-in-time access, federation, scripting, CI/CD tooling, or IaC automation.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks such as secrets sprawl and lifecycle governance gaps.
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management across cloud, hybrid, and container platforms.
• Implement credential vaulting, automated rotation, just-in-time access, workload identity federation, and application credentials integrations.
• Advise on architecture, operating procedures, and runbooks for Non-Human Identity initiatives.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to proposals, SOWs, and reusable practice assets.
