Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Acoustics/Engineering/Environmental/Geospatial).
• Progressively responsible experience in environmental noise and vibration analysis.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with federal, state, or local agencies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex environmental noise and vibration assessments for transportation, industrial, and energy projects.
• Develop project-specific methodologies and analytical approaches in line with regulatory guidance.
• Oversee ambient noise/vibration field measurement programs; validate models and develop contour maps.
• Evaluate operational, construction, and indirect noise effects; propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions; respond to agency comments.
• Serve as technical point of contact for clients; participate in meetings and workshops.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor junior staff; support proposals and cost estimates.
