Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in NOC operations, IT infrastructure, network operations, or network management (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NOC teams to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activities.
• Oversee real-time network, system, and application monitoring, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of incidents.
• Develop and maintain NOC procedures, escalation protocols, and operational processes.
• Support network upgrades, system enhancements, and security compliance efforts in coordination with internal teams.
• Mentor NOC personnel and maintain operational reports, incident logs, and technical documentation.
