Job summary

You will mentor peers, translate data insights into business impact, and influence decisions that improve seller experiences across regions including Europe, Japan, China and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's, with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and technical leadership in scalable LLM-based solutions across the International Seller Services domain.
• Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to shape project vision and drive delivery from concept to production.
• Lead deep data analysis to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations that improve seller performance and customer experiences.
• Drive innovation by researching and championing state-of-the-art NLP/LLM techniques and best practices.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, communicating complex concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor fellow scientists and engineers to foster scientific excellence and continuous learning.
