Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on NLP/ML research experience.
• Strong publication record in top NLP/ML conferences.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers).
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimental design.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a research environment and translate ideas into applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced NLP research including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, MT, text generation, and QA.
• Design, develop, and implement novel NLP algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research prototypes into production.
• Stay current with AI/NLP advances via publications and conferences.
• Publish findings in top journals and present at international conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers in NLP/ML techniques.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate NLP models.
• Contribute to IP through patent applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights for model development.
• Foster scientific rigor and innovation within the research group.
