Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a New Jersey - Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to support environmental services from our Hamilton or New Providence offices. The candidate must hold NJDEP LSRP and bring 12+ years of remedial assessment design and implementation experience.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, project leadership, budgeting, and client liaison, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NJ regulations and guidance documents (SRRA, ARRCS, ISRA, TRSR, UST).
• Progressing environmental case work through the NJ regulatory framework.
• Cleanup alternatives analysis and site remediation design/implementation.
• Effective communication with team members, clients and stakeholders.
• Work scope development, project budget management, and schedule forecasting.
• Quality management, risk analysis, and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Kleinfelder policies for safety, loss prevention, proposal and delivery.
• Monitor and control projects to achieve financial targets.
• Mentor and coach project team members and provide feedback.
• Execute projects to meet client expectations and standards of care.
• Identify and propose on future work with clients and managers.
• Write technical memos, regulatory reports, workplans, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Utilize Kleinfelder workflows to secure resources, proposals, and project closeout.
