Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Controls Project Manager to lead complex building automation projects from design through commissioning.

You will manage schedules, budgets, installation coordination, and client communication with a strong emphasis on Tridium Niagara-based systems. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on BAS experience, project leadership, and proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize control sequences, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience in building controls
• Strong BAS troubleshooting and system-architecture knowledge
• Hands-on controls programming and sequence rewriting

Responsibilities

• Lead building controls projects through full lifecycle
• Develop schedules, budgets, and plans; monitor costs
• Interface with clients to manage expectations
• Troubleshoot BAS systems during installation and commissioning
• Write, modify, and optimize control sequences and programming logic
• Coordinate procurement and cost estimates for materials and services
• Ensure work complies with project specs, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Conduct jobsite visits, inspections, and quality reviews
• Support technicians with startup, equipment termination, and point-to-point testing
• Communicate RFIs, change orders, and project updates to stakeholders
• Must have Tridium Niagara experience
