Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise server and virtualization environments.
• Advanced Windows Server administration.
• Advanced Linux administration.
• Strong VMware vSphere and vCenter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as L3 escalation point for Windows, Linux, VMware, and infrastructure issues.
• Diagnose problems across OS, virtualization, storage, networking, and security.
• Restore services during incidents and support major incident management.
• Perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with NOC, Network Engineering, Security, and vendors.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux systems for NG911 services.
