Job summary

PF Plumbing – Winston-Salem, NC seeks a New Construction Manager to own the residential and commercial new construction plumbing business from bid through final inspection. This leadership role requires directing Field Managers and an Estimator, winning work, pricing for profitability, and maintaining margins while meeting builder schedules.

You will manage relationships with builders and general contractors, oversee scheduling, quality, safety, and the handoff of awarded projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential or light commercial new construction plumbing.
• 2+ years leading crews or supervisors.
• Proven experience selling to builders and general contractors.
• Experience with takeoffs and estimating.
• Strong understanding of job costing.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and permit processes.
• Proficient with estimating software, CRM/bid-board and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Leadership and communication skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own the new construction pipeline and identify opportunities.
• Set pricing strategy and approve bids.
• Lead Field Managers and Estimator; conduct weekly meetings.
• Coordinate production scheduling across phases.
• Build and maintain builder relationships.
• Ensure bids are profitable and protect margins.
• Oversee safety and quality on job sites.
• Ensure on-time completion and accurate billing.
