We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Clinical Training & Medical Education Specialist to join our Endovascular Robotics (EVR) business within Advanced Therapies. Siemens Healthineers is developing an advanced endovascular robot for neurovascular interventions. We believe the combination of endovascular robotics, advanced image guidance, and dedicated devices will transform the future of neurovascular intervention by enabling greater precision, procedural consistency, and expanded access to minimally invasive care.
This role will be embedded within the Chief Medical Officer organization and will help develop and lead EVR’s global physician, clinical staff, and internal training strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring experience within the neurovascular space and a passion for physician education, procedural training, and innovation. The individual will serve as the primary clinical education lead within EVR, helping coordinate, integrate, operationalize, and disseminate training content across the organization while collaborating closely with Siemens Healthineers Advanced Therapies training teams, Product Management, Clinical, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position is: $147,760 - $203,170 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
