Imperative Care is seeking a Sr R&D Engineer to design and develop innovative endovascular/neurovascular products in Campbell, California. This on-site position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related experience in the medical device industry.

You will collaborate with teams to build prototypes and ensure compliance with design controls. The role offers a salary range of $132,000 – 158,000 annually, alongside benefits including stock options and generous PTO.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the medical device or related regulated industry.
Previous experience in catheter design and design control procedures and requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of and exposure to product testing and data collection.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and launch innovative endovascular/neurovascular products.
Build neurovascular-endovascular catheter/controller prototypes using a variety of equipment.
Perform design control activities for new product development.
