Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist for Psychiatry in the Omaha/Lincoln region. The TAS engages Health Care Providers with scientific dialogue to promote appropriate use of medicines and to drive patient-focused outcomes in a field-based role.

The right candidate will have advanced scientific training and significant pharmaceutical sales or medical science liaison experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills to build credibility with clinicians

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech sales or MSL experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific data to physicians clearly.
• Proven credibility with customers and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within defined territory to meet sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Engages with HCPs with scientific dialogue and clinical rationale for medicine use.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure best customer experience and insights.
• Maintains working knowledge of emerging data for approved indications.
