Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison - Neuroscience, CAPLYTA, based in the Maryland/DC/Virginia territory. The Senior MSL is the scientific and clinical expert, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to inform medical engagement, patient care and territory strategy.

You will develop relationships with KOLs/HCPs, exchange evidence-based information, and support investigator-initiated studies in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success as an MSL.
• Scientific acumen with therapeutic expertise and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to support a defined territory with up to 70% travel, including in-territory visits.
• Must hold a valid US Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage in two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs to understand treatment landscape.
• Identify and cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
• Develop strategic approach for customer engagements and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making and efficiency.
• Deliver tailored scientific data and education to health care professionals.
• Collect and share actionable insights to inform medical strategy and asset planning.
• Provide support for investigators and internal partners for studies.
• Respond to external inquiries with scientifically sound information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within matrixed environment.
