Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison - CAPLYTA (Neuroscience) based in the Great Lakes (Illinois and Wisconsin) territory.

The MSL will develop and enhance professional relationships with Key thought leaders/HCPs and provide fair balanced, non-promotional scientific information, while maintaining high standards of scientific integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent is required.
• Post graduate experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in data gathering and analysis, clinical expertise, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with community and academic opinion leaders in the territory.
• Engage in high-quality scientific exchange and translate evidence into discussion with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue and presentations.
• Identify and submit high-quality actionable insights to inform medical strategy.
