Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a senior field-based sales professional to drive adoption of four marketed products and build durable relationships with neurology-focused healthcare professionals across a defined U.S. geography.

You will educate physicians, nurses, and other providers, develop strategic account plans, and lead HCP education on genetic testing and access. Travel up to 70% and ensure compliant, cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of field experience in biotech, preferably in orphan diseases.
• Experience in neuromuscular or pediatric neurology areas is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
• Proven record of performance in consultative selling and exceeding goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

• Promotes safe and effective use of Sarepta therapies per product label and policies.
• Drive enrollment form attainment for four marketed products within a defined geography.
• Build referral networks outside sites of care by educating and selling products to HCPs.
• Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives and coverage of geography.
• Lead HCP education on genetic testing, access, and the antibody assay.
• Maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and other providers across subspecialties.
