Job summary

Intel's Neuromorphic Computing Lab in Oregon seeks experienced pre-silicon verification engineers to drive innovation at the intersection of semiconductor tech, physical AI and next‑gen architectures. You will develop verification strategies across software, RTL and emulation, and collaborate with architecture, design and software teams to enable first-pass silicon success.

You will write Python tests, maintain assertions/scoreboards, and contribute to AI-driven verification automation to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in silicon engineering.
3+ years in pre-silicon or post-silicon verification for SoC accelerators or ASICs.
3+ years in UVM and constrained random verification methods.
2+ years delivering full verification stack from test planning to execution.
1+ year using AI tools for test generation and debugging.

Responsibilities

Map application requirements to unit- and system-level test plans.
Write Python-based directed and random tests for design partitions and chip-level.
Run regressions, debug failures, track coverage, and improve coverage with designers.
Maintain assertions, scoreboards and verification tools/flows.
Integrate VIPs and coordinate with IP teams to meet protocol requirements.
