Job summary

This role reports to the Neuro Medical Marketing Lead and focuses on turning strategic priorities into actionable project plans, trackers, and reliable operating rhythms. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor coordination, and contribute to field insights and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree; OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
• Experience supporting marketing, commercial operations, medical marketing, meetings and events, or other complex cross-functional programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational planning, including calendars, trackers, and budgets across Neurology Medical Marketing.
• Support congress planning and execution, including speaker bureaus and advisory boards.
• Maintain accurate readiness trackers for speaker programs and learnings from congresses.
• Prepare cross-functional meeting schedules and materials routing, ensuring documented decisions and actions.
• Build and maintain operating tools and templates to improve visibility and throughput.
