cb20 is the Capital Region's trusted IT and Managed Services partner. The Senior Solutions Engineer -- Networking combines consultative solution engineering, architecture, and leadership to deliver winning network solutions.

You will guide sales, design architectures, mentor teams, and ensure successful delivery from discovery to deployment. Expect significant collaboration with delivery engineers, project managers, and partners, with 25–50% local travel.

Qualifications

• BS/BS in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise networking and 3+ years in senior/Presales roles.
• Proven in technical sales, architecture, and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Act as primary technical advisor during sales cycles for enterprise customers.
• Design high level architectures balancing performance, security and cost.
• Provide oversight during implementation with delivery teams.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to engineering and project teams.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation in cb20 platforms.
