Job summary

Heartland Technology Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a Technical Architect to design, implement, and support network services for consulting clients while mentoring engineers. You will identify business challenges, define specifications, and collaborate with Practice Leads on projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading engineers across technologies, managing project communications, and educating sales on products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
• At least two or more professional level certifications.
• Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.
• Installing and supporting Cisco/HP/Aruba network switching and routing products.
• IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS experience and best practices.
• Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2/L3 architecture & design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead large projects with PMs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineers and teams.
• Lead engineers on multi-technology projects.
• Provide daily updates to PMs and stakeholders on timelines and resources.
• Collaborate across business units for a world-class customer experience.
• Educate sales teams on products and services; drive adoption.
• Represent a professional demeanor in team and client meetings.
• Grow technically via engineering skills matrix; pursue certifications.
