Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Expert-Level Network Evaluator / System Vulnerability Analyst to lead advanced research, systems analysis, and cyber-domain vulnerability assessment in support of HUMINT operations.

The role requires a Master’s in Information Technology, TS/SCI eligible with polygraph, 20+ years of experience, and hands-on use of tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, and Splunk to produce actionable doctrine and guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology is required.
• TS/SCI clearance eligible and able to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• 20+ years of experience in related cyber/HUMINT domains.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced technical research and systems analysis for HUMINT operations.
• Translate findings into IT doctrine, security-focused TTPs, and cyber tradecraft guidelines.
• Evaluate system vulnerabilities and cyber-risk factors affecting source protection and OSINT operations.
• Identify best practices and lessons learned using the Joint Lessons Learned Program (JLLP).
• Disseminate validated doctrine updates to improve cyber-enabled HUMINT tradecraft.
