Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Expert-Level HUMINT Operational Support Research Analyst to advance HUMINT capabilities in the cyber domain. You will translate lessons learned into validated TTPs, methodologies, and training needs, supporting planning, analysis, and tradecraft development across missions.

The role emphasizes best practices, complex research, and end-to-end product development to improve HUMINT capabilities with cutting-edge cyber insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Information Technology (required).
• TS/SCI eligible and able to obtain polygraph.
• 20+ years of related experience within HUMINT/cyber domains.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational experience into validated HUMINT best practices and TTPs for cyber HUMINT.
• Support planning and execution by identifying gaps and developing actionable products.
• Capture lessons learned through JLLP and disseminate validated practices to improve tradecraft.
