Job summary

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Deployment Network Engineer to design, deploy and optimize network monitoring and automation platforms. This role supports enterprise tooling, telemetry, and observability while aligning with security and change-management standards.

The candidate will design tools, implement integrations, and build automation for provisioning and data collection. Prefer experience across SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, Cloud monitoring and scripting in Python/PowerShell.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, telecommunications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in network tools deployment and management.
Hands-on experience with at least two network monitoring/management tools.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain network monitoring and management tools platforms.
Support and administer tools such as SolarWinds, LogiSplunk, Nagios, LiveNX.
Develop and manage integrations, dashboards, and APIs between network tools and IT systems.
Build and maintain automation workflows for network provisioning and data collection.
Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of network tools infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring standards.
Manage data ingestion pipelines for logs, SNMP traps, syslogs, telemetry.
Create and maintain documentation, topology maps, and runbooks.
Participate in incident response and RCA using monitoring data.
