Job summary

Arista Networks in Nashua, NH is seeking world-class Software Test Engineers to join our development teams and help ensure high-quality networking products. You will embed with engineers, design tests, and drive bug discovery and automation efforts.

You will focus on validating features, performance, and reliability, using automated tests instead of large manual regressions, and contribute to customer-centric quality.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing test plans.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet, routing protocols and QoS.
• Experience with IXIA and Spirent test tools.
• BS CS/CE/EE plus 3+ years of experience; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find bugs in software and hardware developed by the team.
• Write test plans to validate Arista features and products.
• Design test network topologies to validate functionality, performance, scalability.
• Execute test plans; identify defects and validate resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to create automated tests and be the testing expert.
