Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience coordinating with remote engineering teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for complex network and infrastructure issues.
- Support VMware-to-Hyper‑V migration initiatives utilizing Veeam.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco environments.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
